Clients first
A law firm should be easy for clients to work with, not a process they have to get through.
About Chris
Founder and managing attorney of Armada Law in Greenville, South Carolina.

The path
Chris uses the law as the vehicle for building companies — and builds those companies to serve clients better.
Before law, Chris co‑launched Omni Healthcare with his brother. It taught him how systems and processes let a business grow.
He earned a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and an MBA from its Robinson College of Business, both in 2012, after a B.A. in International Affairs and Modern Languages at Georgia Tech.
He founded Armada Law, a firm that handles only personal injury cases and serves South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
He then founded Ironside Criminal Defense in Greenville; Armada Growth Partners, to give law firms infrastructure, strategy and operations; and KAMBE.ai, to bring AI to attorneys and legal teams.
He mentors attorneys on running their firms as businesses.

Principles
A law firm should be easy for clients to work with, not a process they have to get through.
Systems and processes are what let a practice grow without losing quality.
Teams that work together, inside a firm and across the ventures, do better work.
A firm should give its people room to keep learning and growing in their work.
